I have already paid the pricipal amount borrowed and plenty of interest. Now what should I do?

if you have not filed AG,and FTC complaints do so.this is an illegal lender who's contract is worthless.you owe them nothing further.

Don't know why I didn't think of that. They responded that all inquiries had to be made using the portal and wouldn't give a fax or e-mail. I sent the Bureau a fax telling them I'd give them my username and password to the portal if they could help that way.
