What if a company refuses to comply?? I have sent out a letter to the lender and he said they can only revoke AFTER the account is paid in full??

did they respond via e-mail.then you give a copy to your bank.that line is illegal lender speak for we won't honor this even though it's basically a legal doc.ACH'S can be revoked at anytime per the EFTA(electronic funds transfer act).make sure your bank knows you revoked the ACH for this lender,and their response.your bank should have no problem returning anything without NSF'S from this place.
