There is such valuable information on this site. I just need help with determining which lenders are legal in Texas and which are not. I went to the website for Texas where you check if they are licensed or not but I can't find any of them in the database or I'm unsure what name they are doing business as if they are licensed. Can someone on here help me out and please let me know which ones are not legal in Texas? Thanks a million!

CashNet USA is legal and you have to pay them. They have a payment plan which they don't advertise. Ask for it and you may get a payment plan extended over 3-4 payments.
Integrity Advance, Nationwide Cash, PayDay Today, Zip 19, Cash Jar are all illegal in your state. Check here how to deal with illegal lenders: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html

Hi,
Loan Shop has a license in Texas. So, you have to pay them as per the law. Check-n-go is a member of the CFSA and you will get an Extended Payment Plan (EPP) to repay them if you ask for it from them.
SpeedyCash is, I think, a CSO in Texas and you have to pay them. You might get a payment plan from them too.
