To whom it may concern:
I received your notice of an offer to settle a debt (originally with B of A). Unfortunately I am unable to pay this debt due to health issues. If you are able to view my history with B of A, you could see that I have been a long term customer of the bank. And with that stated, a number of health issues have prevented me from maintaining a position with any company.
I will retain this letter I received and when able I will call to arrange a payment plan.
