This company has been calling my husbands phone to contact me for several days. Funny how they speak so fast that we had to listen to the message several times to figure out who they were. I finally called and they wanted my phone number. Leary, I asked her who they were and what agency they represented. She kept cutting me off desperately trying to get my phone number. I asked her the questions again and she said." I am not going to repeat myself for your phone number like a parrot" That was my cue to ask for a manager she refused. I told her when she learned phone etiquette I would call back and then hung up. It took several attempts to locate them on the web and was horrified of the vast complaints towards this company. First of all, how do they get our phone numbers then ask for them? What can we do to file an effective complaint that will bring about an investigation into this company that will put them out of business. The BBB gave it an F rating and a red flag for Scam/Fraud alert.
