I closed my bank account and sent the letters as suggested. Spot On Loans says that they are on an Indian Reservation none of the laws of my state, Florida, apply to them. I borrowed $450.00 and have paid back $520.00. I asked for a PIF but they said it is not paid in full..Help please.

well in your state this loan is not collectable as it was an internet loan and not licensed.they can claim whatever they want.they are not legal, and you overpaid.file AG,AND FTC complaints against this bogus pdl asap.then ignore them.you owe them nothing further.

I filed a complaint with AG today..So I should just ignore any further e-mails from them, right?

I had no problems negotiating with Spot On; they are illegal in my state as well. I owed them $100 on a $450 loan. They originally wanted me to pay the fees, and offered a settlement of $235. I refused to pay over the principle. They then gave me a month to pay the $100, and have since marked my account balance of 0. (I haven't paid yet)
Good luck!
