Florida Payday loan help

I have two loans. One from Money2advance and another from International Cash Advance(Magnum Cash Advance.) I need help with finding out whether these companys are legal in the state of FL where i currently live. My banking account is in the state of Arkansas, does that make a difference? Also i need the states payday loan laws so i can compose the letter. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks. So are these companys licensed in FL or do they need to be? I searched the Florida Office of Financial Regulation for these companys but it returned no hits but im still not sure if they are legally licensed here. They are internet lenders.

Neither of the lenders you mentioned are legal. Go to the sticky at the top of this page on "how to deal with unlicensed lenders" and follow the advice there.
