I need help with my Payday Loans!

Ace Pay Day- 600- Online- FISCA also seem to function under the name of Cottonwood Financial?
Check n' Go- 550- Online
Pay Day One- 500- Online
QXL- 200- Online- Illegal
One Click Cash- 300- Online- Illegal
First Cash Advance- 500- Online
Ez Money- 600- In-Store
Lakota Cash- 300- Online- Illegal
I have stopped payments for the illegal companies One Click Cash, Lakota and QXL. Though I have read nothing but horror stories on the companies calling work, harassing and having closed bank accounts re opened. I have spoke with my bank several times over the past two days and have stopped payments (as I said above) to the illegal lenders. I have also opened a new account with my bank, Bank of America and have had my direct deposit moved to that account. Though I am scared to death that this will not stop them from taking money from me.
Can anyone tell me your experiences with this in regards to Lakota, One Click Cash and/or QXL? I also called First Cash Advance and requested an EPP Plan and got the run around. I couldn't get anyone to help me, after I asked for an EPP I was told they had no clue what that was and that I would have to call "Scott Sexton". I went to call this individual and he was "out of office". Not sure if this person even exists.
Please help me I don't want this to effect my job, I just want the fees to stop and to pay off my debt that I have borrowed. I am working on sending out the letters for stop payments to these three companies, working with the others to establish an EPP Plan. Can anyone identify which companies are CSO's where I live (Texas) and if there is any other payment option I can request without defaulting? Also I took all loans out via the internet minus the Ez Money loan.
Please help, I am scared and don't know if I should completely close my account since I have put stop payments on the illegal lenders. I am afraid it may not matter what I do, such as One Click Cash. From what I read they find ways around it and always over charge your account and when you try to pay in full there is no one to take the payment.

They both offer an extended payment plan, but you will need to ask for it.
Soaplady is right, closing your account is the only option that will totally stop the illegal lenders from accessing your account, stopping payments will only work temporarily, they will then debit your account under a different name, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

I realize closing my account is the step to take. My only concern is if I close my account the lenders that I do want to pay will (such as the legal lenders Check n' Go and PayDayOne) also have their payments rejected. Am I supposed to give them my new account number, I really dont want to do that! I really dont want to default on the payday loans that I can get a EPP set up or make other arrangements (but how should I pay them if I close my account and open a new one without defaulting). I have opened a new account and plan to close the other one today. I have spoke with the bank (Bank of America) and though I put stop payments on the three illegal accounts, but once its closed how do I keep them from re-opening my account and charging to it again!? My bank said that they cannot put a hard stop on all ACH's. Instead they can put stop payments on them if they are unauthorized. The bank also mentioned that my account could be reopened if any transactions came to the old account while its in the pending close status. The deposit only option that someone mentioned, would this stop it?Thank you so much for the replys.

Just found this on Lakota Cash...I am dreading the phone calls I will get tomorrow after they dont recieve payment. Would you suggest sending them an email once my account is closed to inform them that I revoke all ACH transactions from them in a letter such as the ones on this site. Or should I wait until they dont recieve payment?Terms & ConditionsNotice: A short term loan provides the cash needed to meet an immediate short-term cash flow problem. Your bank MUST honor a hard black ACH revocation per EFTA, regulation E. Go into the branch and talk to a manager.
For your legal loans....call them and tell your check book was stolen...or something like that.

I have dealt with both Check 'n Go and PDO. They are both very agreeable to payment plans. You simply need to call them before your payment is due and make arrangements. I wouldn't give them your new account info. Do you have a debit card? I think they will both take payments that way.

How does this sound?? I am so scared of closing my account and having it re opened. So ready to go today and try to get this account closed for good!Dear Bank of America Branch Manager,Due to numerous unauthorized ACH debits from my Campus Edge account, I am closing my Bank of America campus edge account ending in 4021 effective 09/16/2010 & do NOT authorize any transactions past the date of 09/16/2010. I have opened a new account with Bank of America and in subsequent do NOT authorize any new ACH payments into the new MyAccess Checking account ending in 2825 or the regular savings account ending in 8430. In addition I do NOT authorize the re-opening of the Campus Edge account for any reasons and any other ACH/service fee attempts to obtain money from my account, as they are not authorized to do so. Regards,Debt Samaritan- I do have a debit card and I will make sure and contact the lenders to arrange payments through other means. Perhaps a debit card will work. I am not to worried about PDO or Check n' Go as I have heard great thigns. Its these illegal pdl companies, I am afraid of them draining me through unauthorized debits and bank fees for re opening. Yikes!

I don't think sending a letter to the branch manager is the right thing to do. Go into the branch and talk to him/her. Get them to close that account and assure you (in writing) that no further transactions can reopen the account. Tell them the situation and make them deal with it!

I was told to take a letter in with me such as the one I created above, speak to the manager and get them to notarize it and close my accounts. Do you suggest just asking them once I get there for our agreement in writing? I want to make sure I present myself in the correct mannor.

You could take your letter in, if that's the purpose for it. If anything in your letter is edited or changed during the conversation, I'd ask for a new agreement in writing. Someone at the bank could quickly type up an agreement and notorize it.

So my bank was able to place a deposit only on my account while I am filing claims against the illegal pdl lenders. I have a new account now, though I will not pay my other legal pdl out of my account I am to leery about this happening again. I defiantly wont be sharing that info though so far the one l lender I explained my situation with wouldn't give me another payment option. They told me they had to have my payment rejected before they could arrange payments. This lender is First Cash Advance, I got the loan online and the rep I spoke to told me I couldn't pay my loan storefront as they didn't function the same. Is it possible this lender is not legal? does anyone know anything about First Cash and their online loans?

Well I am wondering if since this was online it was through a third-party lender. First Cash Advance is legal as a CSO in Texas, though online through them I am not so sure. Especially when the rep couldnt tell me why I couldnt go pay in store. Sounds fishy to me, but then again I really dont want to default!
