Hi,
I have been receiving calls from First Legacy Asset Management who come up on caller id as 716-725-6652 and they are saying that I need to pay them for a cash advance I had from Bahamas Marketing. I can find no info. on Bahamas Marketing and they cannot give me a phone # for Bahamas Marketing. They told me that if I don't pay them by tomorrow then this is going to go to court.
Any thoughts? The only documentation that First Legacy provided me was an email that was hand typed with their company name and how much I owed. Is this legit? I am a little leary and wanted to send a money order directly to Bahamas so I am not giving out my info. to a fraudulent collection agency.

No collector can collect on an illegal debt. Bahamas Marketing is illegal in the whole of US. Just file cases with the local police and the FTC.
