Are your loans legal? We need more detail. What state are you in? List your PDL company names and the amounts you've borrowed from each as well as the amounts you've paid to each thus far. Did you get your loans over the internet or did you go to a storefront location?

yes they are legal. im in texas. i have 7..six storefronts. and 1 internet. advanced america 400. first cash 500. cash store 400. ace cash 500. ez loan 400. check n go 400.and cash net 400. ...... i only paid interest on them. i need help.. can you go to jail. i dont know what to do next.

Most of your storefront loans are members of the CFSA. So, you will be getting Extended Payment plans (EPP) from them if you ask. Click on this link to know better:

If you've already defaulted on your loans, the companies aren't obligated to give you the EPP but you can still ask. Some will. You need to pay these loans. Your best bet is going to be to call each of them, explain your situation and make payment arrangments you can afford.You cannot go to jail for defaulting on a loan.
