When i asked for there phone number and address he gentlemen told me no, when i asked for there supervisor he said no and hung up on me, they called back 5 times in an hour and than proceded to have me on 3 way callin and called my job to get in touch with my manager.

well for starters you and your manager shouldn't give these idiots the time of day.let them know this is a scam.no reason either of you should talk to them period.both your manager,and you should file police reports for the calls as they are harrassing you both.then hang up on them.reapeat as needed.

I've gotten the same phone call. Some guy with an accent calls saying there's a lawsuit pending against me about some loan I had taken out supposedly about a year ago, which I do not recall. Says its USCASHLOANS I asked for some documentation and said that they would only provide that if the lawsuit goes through and it would be through email only because that's the way they handle everything they said. I think it's a scam because I'm pretty sure they called again and I told them I had an attorney and the guy told me to go to hell and called me a B***. I need there address infor cuz apparently the one they gave me was not correct I need it for Bankruptcy bt I doubt it would even matter if its a scam.
