Have tried several times to make arraingments with these guys after receiving a court summons, but everytime, I call their office I keep getting shuffled around, and I keep getting an attitude from them. THey continue to try and get information about my workplace, to which I have told them they can ask that but I don't have to answer it unless I am in the presence of a judge. I keep trying to work out something, but it seems as though they would rather go to court and get me to work out something as opposed to doing the same thing over the phone. This company, or lawyer is a total joke.

It is their option not to work with you if you wont disclose information. It is a kind of "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation.
