Number of times you extended the loan
Whether the loan was obtained online or in a store front
I currently have three. Advnace American $587.50 Approved Cas

All of the loans except for one has been rolled over more than once. The loans were obtained in store fronts. I do live GA. I don't know if that makes a difference or not.
All the 3 are member of the CFSA and will provide you Extended P
All the 3 are member of the CFSA and will provide you Extended Payment Plans (EPP) if you ask for it. Wage garnishment can only be possible if the lenders get a court order.

How does the extended plan work and can I do a wage revokation letter? Can all three garnish me @ one time?
