30 thousand in credit debt

I have a credit card debt and unsure what to do. I have 3 credit cards that's all maxed out and able to pay monthly:however it keeps adding up and goes over the limit]. what would be the best to do, credit consolidate or settlement? what impact the credt score more?

I think it will better if you consolidate your debts. With a debt amount of $30k, you will qualify for it. Moreover, consolidating your debts will not affect your score. Debt settlement will dent your score severely.
