Payday Loan Help

Can someone help me in figuring out how to go about settling debt for my payday loans? I have a loan with Lakota Cash, PLS, The Cash Store, and Speedy Cash. The problem is, I fell on a few hard times here recently and my account is already overdrawn, and I can't afford to make even my minimum payments anymore. I want to clean this up but not sure where to start. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
