I had no notice I was being sued. I had no notice of a judgment. I had no communication what so ever from the creditor.
I live in GA. How do I
1. Reverse the garnishment?
2. Reverse the judgment?
3. Sue the creditor for violating the fair debt collection practices act?

Have you moved recently that your mail wasnt forwarded? You need to get on the county court website and look up the judgment and see when it was filed and how service was done.
