"Yes, we are members of Community Financial Services Association of America. However, we have to follow the guidelines of the lender NCP. The loan was made by NCP Finance Limited Partnership in the state of Texas. Unfortunately, the store representative gave incorrect information. NCP has not approved the extended payment plan. We would like to offer the extended payment plan in Texas."

Contact the CFSA and tell them you want to file a complaint against Check n Go for not adhering to their guidelines. They (Check n Go) are notorious for using excuses not to offer the EPP.

I am still waiting to hear from Check n Go about any kind of payment options as well. it has been 2 weeks since their ACH was returned and the Nice Girl at the store has not heard back from them either. Apparently the corporate office will contact her and in turn she will let me know what can be done (if anything) After reading the posts here, I am not very hopeful of an equitable resolution.
