Hi All,

I have a lot of good things from my friends and relatives. So, I thought of telling you about my situation which has taken away sleep from me!!!! I am from Idaho and am under reeling pressure from the 5 payday loans that I took. The loans are from Cash Central (online) took 300 and paid back 325 till now, Payday loans of America (online) took 150 and paid back 150 till now, Alpine Financial took 600 and paid back 180 till now, Ace Cash took 300 and paid back 210 till now and Northern financial took out 200 and paid 450 till now.

The problem is, I am not able to continue paying such charges every month. i can hardly make my both ends meet. I heard that there might be a chance that these PDLs can be illegal. Are they? If yes, what should I do? Thanks in advance.

Well, I don't have much information about your state, so I hope other members come and suggest you as well. Regarding your loans, I think Cash Central in legal in Idaho and you will need to make payment arrangements by talking to them.

I am sure Payday loans of America, Northern Financial are illegal payday lenders in Idaho. You are legally bound to pay them only the principal amount borrowed. Check out the link to know how to deal with illegal PDL lenders: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html

I just finished dealing with Payday Loans of America and they responded within 24 hours after sending out the letter last week via email. I still owed some principal and I offered to pay them via Money Order and now have a Paid In Full letter from the manager.

As for Cash Central, I still owe them but I was able to get on their Extended Payment Plan, it is on their website. I now have to pay $75 each payday but no extra fees and will be done with them by next payday. I called them 3 days before my loan was due and they were very nice and agreeable with the EPP. I do not know if this would work for you but it did for me and I live in California.
