ach revokes

after sending out letters to all the pdls, AG, BBB, FTC - CDCA etc.'
should I also send a letter to my bank manager - showing that
I revoked ACH debits from my account for: and name the pdl co.

Exactly. You always want to close the account, or at the very least, secure it prior to sending the letters. Once those illegal lenders get your letter, they will hit your account for the full amount they claim is due and wipe you out. Make sure you take your letters with you into the bank so you can show the manager that you have revoked ACH permission with these companies. That way, if they do hit your account, you have grounds to have the charges reversed and any fees refunded.
