Okay, calm down. You clearly have stuff the trustee wants to look at. Maybe you ran a business. Maybe you have some non exempt assets. Maybe you transferred property that needs to be looked at. Maybe you made some preferential payments. It is the Trustee's job to investigate and it is your responsibility to cooperate with her in that effort.
Trustee's routinely hire attorneys - even from their own law firms. Your Trustee has many cases to deal with. She cannot handle all of them on her own. She hires an attorney to help her. This is not unusual and does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your case.
Once the Application to Employ is approved (such approval will be automatic), you will most likely get a letter from the attorney asking for additional documents. Do you have an attorney? If not, once you get the letter from the attorney, if that letter asks for documents that concern you (for whatever reason) then find an attorney who can advise you. If everything is on the up & up you have nothing to worry about.
