Pday Loan Help

I live in Maryland and have the following debt:
9/15 Northway lent me $300. (None paid back yet)
Deluxe Cash Club I borrowed $200 I've paid $160 (all fees I think)
Pdyservices.com I borrowed $200 I've paid $237 (all fees I think)
Ace Cash Services borrowed $350 none paid back yet.
VIPLoans They keep taking out 60 $120 so far I can't tell what they lent me
GS Finance 9Are they Great Sky?) lent me $400 I paid back $120.
Please help. I have a great job and I am now able to cover my expenses without any additional loans. I just can't seem to get rid of these.
