DE, BBB of DE and MO and also the FTC, etc...
how do I know if the pdls got my e-mail
I will fax them tomorrow - but was just thinking if I am mailing them certified mail - do I use the address's found on the BBB web site,
I feel like they are false address's

why do we have these laws against them with our states, FTC, Consumer
Agencies, etc. but yet it just seems like the laws are not enforced, if the
pdls ignore them. I know they are illegal, but you would think there is something these laws can do to stop them.
mine are Kenwood, SSM, 500fastcash, usfastcash, Star cash processing,
PDY services, estra cash live
If any of the PDL companies has an incorrect email id, your mail
If any of the PDL companies has an incorrect email id, your mail will bounce back. In that way you'll know who has received the mail. I don't think you need to send the certified mails again.
Fyi, all your PDL lenders are illegal lenders.

one did instantly bounce back with a ph# and fax # to get in touch
with them faster - so I did fax that one also
and do you think it is alright to use the address' found on the BBB site

Well, you can never be 100% sure with the addresses of these PDL companies. That is the reason why I suggested you not to send them certified mails, since you are already sending the same information via emails and fax.

haven't really heard anything from any of the pdls so far, but its only been a day - so it will be interesting to see what happens friday - that is payday (hopefully my payday - lol)
I did get e-mails from BBB confirming that the got my complaints and gave me a log-in information - to keep checking and also advised me to let them know of any contact from the pdls...
and a women for PA AG's office called me questioning information on the
pdls I am dealing with - so overall that helps make me feel somewhat better.

I got a call this morning from the attorney general's office in DE
said they don't handle pdls and she gave me the # for the state
banking dept. - so will have to give them a call and see how to handle the
ones from DE - or the ones that say they are in DE
anyone else ever run into this and who did you contact in DE for pdls
