Basically she pays back 3200$ a month and borrows 2500$ just to pay her bills and those...Theres no payment plan, if she doesn't pay them within a week of the due date, they take it out of her bank...they are all local companies and include Cashland, Rent a center financial services, cash advantage and toms payday express as well as access loans through her fifth third bank account. Cashland, and Cash Advantage are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), this means your Mom is eligible for an extended payment plan, but she will need to request it because they won't volunteer the information, she also needs to request it BEFORE she defaults on the loans, click the link below to read about the EPP:

The other lenders she has may also offer an EPP, she could ask them, she has nothing to lose by asking.
so she can just walk in to any of those places and request EPP?

and about how much would it be and how long would it be spread out for?

Hi Corella,
As per CFSA guidelines, they have to offer EPP to consumers. But, if they refuse, you should complain to the CFSA. Do one thing, take a print out of the following link with you when going to their stores: cfsa.net/industry_best_practices.html

it says that they comply with a specific set of CFSA rules...but not the one about EPP...so do they still have to abide by it?

Well Corella, I didn't find anything on Extended Payment plans on the link that you provided. I would rather advise you to refer to the CFSA sites than other sites. The link that I provided you in mu previous post will give you all the information.
