I have sent emails to Star Cash Processing and Loan Point and have not heard a thing from them. They both are still trying to debit my account.. I have a hard debit block on the account until I can get it positive. They both went crazy last pay period debiting my account 2 and 3 times each. So what is anyone's experience as far as getting them to comply with the letters. I have filed with FTC, BBB and AG. I have paid both of them the principal amount. (Both illegal in SC). Any ideas??

Send them a Cease and Desist letter via fax or certified mail. There is a basic sample letter you can use to get started in the DIY letters section. Just explain to the PDL that they are not licensed to lend in your state and therefore you are only obligated to repay the principal, which you have. Make sure you also include a statement revoking their ACH authorization and any evidence you have that the principal was repaid.
