I have a loan through Brighton FNL but they someone put my husbands name on it and using my SS number. i am not sure how this happened but it did. My husband does not know about the loan and they won't discuss anything with me. I just want to pay the loan in full, what can I do?

They are refusing your money?? Normally a spouse can gain access automatically to the other spouses credit info.

I too had a loan through them and there are currently taking two transactions ever two weeks of 45.00 I want to pay it of fbut dont know the number they have no website..
I am not dening I owe them I am trying to pay it back.
