Hi,

First, a huge thank you for all of the information everyone has supplied - you literally saved my life! I closed my checking account yesterday and am trying to notify Discount Advances that I intend to repay the principle on my loan (over time) with cashier's checks. They don't supply an email address or a physical address on their website. Does anyone know how to contact them? Or now that my account is closed, shall I just wait for them to contact me when their automatic withdrawal bounces?

Thank You so much, I'll send them the revocation letter. Another question, do I owe only the principal (the original loan amount), or do I also owe a reasonable interest fee?

I couldn't find a email address anywhere.

Hi,

Yesterday I received a call from Cash Net, guess they're the parent company of Discount Advances. They demanded $300 immediately, I told them I couldn't do that but wanted to make payments if they would supply their address. They said, "See you in Court." Shall I start sending $50 payments (money orders) to the address I sent the letter to? They won't actually sue me, will they? I haven't heard from UCL as of yet ...
Thanks again for all of your help!
