Never called back or answered my phone...now harrasing my receptionist and put him in a complete panic saying he was on his way here to serve me papers, and that is I didn't answer he needed my human resources department to speak to and the business fax number.
I told him not to worry, and I don't even know what this debt is for...possibly unfinished payment on a payday loan? I don't want to call him back, because I can find no information on this company. Any experience with them? I have received nothing in the mail.

File a case with your local police authorities for the threats. The very threat that they are coming to serve you papers is an indication that they are frauds. And yes, a search on the phone number is giving no results at all.

You should Pay your bills... If you took out a pay day loan in the past then chances are that it was outsourced to a collection agency for servicing if you didnt pay it back. People like you are the reason others whom have good credentials make it more difficult to borrow money. People like you are the reason why this country is in the financial bind that it is in. If every US citizen would just be accountable for their decisions we wouldnt be in the bind that we are in. Thanks!
