Paul... Being illegal and being licensed...are those two different things (maybe a silly question) I was reading the laws for Indiana PDL's... and reading different posts on this site... Maybe I'm confused... can Internet PDL's be licensed in the State of Indiana? how can you find out if they have a license to operate in the State?
