ok me and my husband made a payment to the crs company but when he told them to email him the info and and payment arragment thye never emailed it they called my husband job saying they are going to sue if if they did not recieve a payment what do i do cause they have my account information to take money out and everything

Payment arrangements on collection accounts are never put in writing...they are only done verbally. The CA wont say and cant imply that making payments are acceptable since they are only a temporary arrangement. What type of debt is it?
