harrasing calls for several different people who do not live at my residence

Does anyone else have a problem with recieving calls constantly, almost three times weekly for a person whom is not related to you or am I the only one who is being constantly harrassed? Some of the people who call have even yelled at me back, even though I am the one being harrassed and frustrated! How can I get them to stop calling?! They say they will remove the number from the list but they never do!

I'm having some problems with this same kind of issue, as well. However....CA's are calling my cell phone and asking for someone who doesn't live at my residence. I keep telling them this, however..they aren't listening. This CA says he knows where I live, etc. It's getting a bit scary!! When the CA calls, he calls on a 'private' or 'blocked' number. Some of my family members call with a 'private' number, so, that's why I answer the phone. Any advice?
