Fair Debt Collection Law

One of your representatives just phoned my home by the name of "Spencer". I do not have any collection account with Midland Credit Management nor have I ever. When I reguested from "Spencer" if he was with a "Collection Agency" he advised me that he "didn't have to tell me that". That is not only WRONG but also ILLEGAL. This is the second time I have requested that we not receive calls from this agency. The "second" call today is again ILLEGAL. As a courtesy I am again advising you another call will be considered harrassment. Tell your boy "Spencer" he better read the Fair Debt Collection Law instead of quoting his educational background or he can have my lawyer read it to him.
