PDL Trouble in Texas
Date: Sat, 09/25/2010 - 15:54
I am $13,000 in debt to PDLs. My husband is helping to pay them off, but we will be separating because of them. Got one to pay another and so on, and so on.
We are in Texas and I want to know the best way to get out from under these. We have already closed our banking account, and have cancelled our direct deposit with our payroll.
Just to name a few:

First Bank of Delaware (FBD) is not a payday lender and you will
First Bank of Delaware (FBD) is not a payday lender and you will have to pay them back. If you ask them, they might give you a payment plan where you have to pay in 3-4 installments.
Check N Go and Advance America are members of the CFSA and will offer you Extended Payments Plans to repay the debts.
Ace Cash and First Cash are licensed in Texas and you need to contact them and ask for alternative payment arrangements.
