I am new to the forum. I have 7 storefront payday loans. They are completely ruining my life. I don't have the money to pay them off in full so I have to reloan everytime in order to keep my head above water. I can't believe that I have gotten myself into this situation and I know they are legel in the state of IA, being that they are storefront lenders. The PDL's are not only ruining my life but they are running my life as well. I am so tired of being a slave to my payday loans. I don't know what to do. I live in Iowa. The payday loans are through:

Mister Money
Check N Go
Advance America
EZ Money
Fast Cash
United Cash Loans
Davenport Check Cashers

Any suggestions would be welcome and greatly appreciated. I am at the end of my rope and I just don't know where to turn. This is an embarrasing and very expensive situation and I just can't do it anymore. Can you please help me or point me in the right direction? Thank you for your help.

The following store front lenders are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), that is a good thing because it means you are eligible for an EPP (Extended payment plan). How that works is, you request it before you default, then you will be able to pay it off in four separate payments, the interest will stop as soon as you sign up for it.

Check n Go
Advance America
Fast Cash

Read the link below for a better understanding of how the EPP plan wors:

Thank you for your help. I greatly appreciate it. Do you have any advice on what I should say when I contact the payday lenders? Also - will they contact my employer and hound me (and my references) even if they accept a payment plan? I have never been through this before so I am not sure how to approach them on a payment plan. I want to be successful on setting a plan up with them. Also - will they put me in the chex system as writing a bad check if they accept a payment plan? I really need to dig myself out of this hole but I need to do it in the correct way and I am so grateful that you have taken time out of your day to try and help me. Thank you so much.
