bankruptcy Chapter 13

Can anyone recommend a good bankruptcy attorney for a chapter 13 in Columbus, Ohio or surrounding area? One that will actually look out for your best interest and give you advise. My case has been going on for a year and a half and all my attorney has done for me is racked up a huge bill? Has anyone heard of Mina Khorrami? I would really appreciate any suggestions.
