I just got notified that i am being sued by North Star capital Acquisition, llc Spoke with a rep for the office of, David Apothaker thier Attorney. She made me an offer and i am thinking about it. What should i ask for prior to siging any papers,or even if the dbt is valid. It's for a credit card, i did have it, but thought it was discharged. Help Please!

how were you notified?were you served a summons?if so and this was discharged in BK then contact your BK attorney immediately.if you were not served then contact your BK attorney anyway.this place should be sued themselves.do a search in the bar top right.this is a bottomfeeder of the first magnitude.do not give these idiots a thing yet.this could be a bottomfeeding scuzz trying to make a slime buck.again you said this was discharged,if so then this rent-a-lawyer deserves nothing but a countersuit by you and your BK attorney.
