So I log in to Paychecktoday and surprise, surprise:

I tried to *67 PCT and ask but it was trying to make me enter a SSN. When I entered some random numbers it said I couldn't be identified and told me to call back later.

This guy that wrote me from MNPT told me they were in Canada and I found a BC address on the contract. I filed a complaint with Consumer Protection BC (British Columbia) asking if they had a record of this company and asking if they were PCT and if they were licensed to even lend in BC.

Keep in mind if they are not PCT I do want to pay them. However, in the e-mail he sent was the forwarded e-mail of mine and in the signature of the person I sent it to her number was 866-756-0600 X _ _ _ _ . Well that phone number is PCT not MNPC.

The Consumer Protection people just got back to me and asked for a copy of the contract that was signed by me. Should I explain it was done over the internet and actually not signed and send it to them?

I can't find a connection other than the phone number in the e-mail signature of the girl that contacted me when the payment was declined. But twice I was told they were the same company. The address on the contract appears to a residential condo complex in Vancouver. I sent a copy to the CP of BC as they requested and even e-mailed the onsite manager of the building to see if in fact suite 2208 was a residence or a business. I simply want to know if they are the same company UGH. It appears that ICAM/Rio may have become FAF changing their mailing address because of all the C&D against ICAM. I see that ICAM was based in Vancouver also.....
