Need answers in AZ

I got a phone call from "Titan Group" and they are threatening to take me to court if I don't pay $1128.00 on a $450.00 principal. What I am trying to find out is who or what is Titan Group? Are they associated with ACE Cash Express? Should I be worried or are they another collection agency? I"m not trying to screw anyone out of any money, ( I'm pretty sure they can't say the same ) and I explained my situation to the woman who called, and told her I would be happy to make arraingments and start paying, but I'm not in any position to pay what they are asking, if I can come up with $658.00 they will take a one-time payment case closed. PLEEEZE!!!:rolleyes:
