After a judgment, I just learned of the use of "debtor examination" which requires you to disclose all bank account, tax forms, assests etc. How likely is this? It's all credit card and medical debt. I'm in Colorado.

I have damn near nothing, unemployed with 16 year old car. My only real asset are a few stocks and I've been selling those as needed for food and rent.

If I'm truthful they can take everything and leave me to die in the streets? Stocks and cash are not exempt I assume. I'd rather give the money to the homeless than let them just take it.

I could just shoot myself, I'm just sick with worry.

If I was getting unemployment (which I don't qualify for) they couldn't take it. If I was employed, they could only take 25%. I'm liquidating my retirement account to live on. They can take my stocks or cash even though it's all I have to survive on.
