I have got myself in quite a pickle with some payday loan companies. I am in default now and some are giving me until Firday to make payment of some sort but currently enrolled with debt settlement company, but i am still so scared, they are threatening with law suits and internal investigation if loans were acquired fraudulantly which they were not but, i am so sick to my stomach. Any advice...

This is the place to come w/ questions, but please provide the names of the payday loan companies, how much you borrowed, how much has been paid back, whether they're storefront or online, and what State you live in.
