High Risk Credit Card now in collection

A credit card was ordered apparently over the internet in 2006. NOW Credit Solutions is contacting me. I asked for a DV, but the only thing I got was a computer screen shot and a copy of a "bill" that says the amount due is $655 on a $400 limit credit card. This can't possibly be a debt validation, can it?
When they first called me, it was from an "unknown" number, so I didn't answer. FINALLY someone left a message so I called back immediately. Company name was NEVER identified. He threatened me with calling my employer and hung up on me! Next thing I know I get a letter stating that I had IGNORED all attempts. I immediately responded with a DV letter (though it wasn't a fancy legal one)! So, their attempt to respond was the computer screen shot!
I have now disputed this with ONE credit reporting agency...Equifax...couldn't get into others because I apparently forgot my password and log in name.
Will I win this?

No that is not validation. You want your signature on a contract or card holder agreement.
He cannot call your employer and tell them anything...those are illegal threats.
