How can you get a loan with a paper check and without a checking or savings account


This site is for helping people get out of debt. Are you wanting to get a payday loan? Are you saying you do not have a checking or savings account and want a loan? I would strongly advise you to try other options. Ask family, a friend, even ask your employer for an advance against future earnings. Even with legal PDLs it's often harder to pay it back than you imagine at the time.
