pif and refund?? PLEASE ADVISE

received a e-mail from Kenwood Services
stating to fax back signed agreement and my account will be marked "PIF" and
will "deposit" a refund amount into my account.

please advise

I had borrow money a few months back and figured I was due about $100.00
was paying roll-over fees ever two weeks and just could not do it any more

so I followed advice from here and today received a settlement agreement and
said they would refund me part of what I ask for

I agree with JLB, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER! They are probably telling you want you want to hear so they can obtain your new account information, this isn't an uncommon ploy from payday lenders!

I would tell them you don't have an account; that you deal with money orders. Have them send you a check.
