Except Elastic, which is an installment loan, all the others are illegal in the state of Florida. You are only morally obligated to pay the principal amount borrowed. Click on the following link to know how to deal with these illegal lenders: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html

if my account was overdrawn this is the fees amount per payday loan online
Unitedcashloans 4 x 34
Manhattan 3 x 34
Extra cash live 2 x 34
Kingston 2 x 34
LLS 2 x 34
Northway 12 x 34
Elastic 7 x 34
Ameriloan 8 x 34

those are just the overdraft fees. I have a negative balance of $ 1254.13. Do i get a refund from the bank or will i still owe them. Twice in the last 3 months this account has been in the negative range due to the payday loans online.

Speak to the branch manager about reducing the fees, some banks will either reduce or remove fees in special circumstances.

I can certainly understand your concern in regards to the
overdrawn balance on your account ending in xxxx. I tried
to contact you personally at your number ending in xxxx
but was unable to reach you. I sincerely apologize for
any inconvenience you have experienced in regards to this.

Unfortunately, accounts in a negative balance cannot be
closed until the negative balance is paid. I understand
that you are continuously being charged by a merchant that
you have chosen to no longer do business with. Please be
assured that you are not held responsible for any
unauthorized transactions on your account or for any fees
associated with them.

If these transactions are unauthorized, please contact our
Customer Claims Department Monday - Sunday from 7AM - 11
PM EST at 1-866-564-2262 so that they may process a claim
to dispute the charges. However, please be advised that
we are not able to dispute any charges from any payday or
cash advance companies. Once the account has been brought
to a zero dollar balance, we will be able to process your
request to close the account.

Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience
you have experienced. If you have any questions or
require further assistance, please e-mail us via the
Secure Message Center or contact our Internet Service
Center at 1-877-242-7372.

Your bank can dispute the charges and send them back, its a regulation E form and you are not responsible for any of the charges. I would look into that. Also if you did not opt in for over draft protection as of July 1st your bank is not allowed to charge you any overdraft fees
here is a link, if you told your bank and gave it in writing to stop these debits you are not to be charged any OD fees, hope this helps

I have 4 payday loans and I live in the state of florida I can't find out if theyre legal..I got them in Dec and the original loan amount with extra cash live is 500 dollars, with Sagamore is 300 dollars and TTG is 300 dollars. The other which I can't find the name is 300 dollars as well. I've paid about 3000 dollars in 3 months just in interest I have to cancel them because food is more important for my kids. I thought it was $30 per $100 for the whole loan. I checked a week ago and noticed that I still owe what I borrowed. Please someone help me if you know what I can do. I can't afford it anymore. I've tried to look the names up and can't find them on the links for Florida. I read somewhere that if they aren't legal if you've paid more than what was deposited they give you money back. I also read that in Fl the most they can charge is $15 per $100. Please help me.
