I sent my letters to SSM Group LLC - to customersupport@oslmarketing.net,
filed complaints with PA AG, BBB of MO and FTC
but from reading these post - I'm not sure who I should be dealing with to try and
get a PIF and possible refund from SSM - feel I am owed about $500.
have been paying rollover fees of $60 for about 6 months on a $200. loan

any suggestions or anyone ever have any luck with them.

Tell them no, then resend your original email. Stand your ground.

When complaints are filed with the AG's, FTC and BBB - do they contact this companies?

This one is being tough, they still just want to offer a PIF, which they feel they
are giving me a deal because according to them "I did not pay the loan off".

It just really ticks me off that she knows these are illegal and they still made well
over the cost of the loan, but the way she was wording things is like I am stupid, and I
can't understand that I did not pay it even though they are marking it paid.

ahhhhhhhhhhh - scream - I had to let that out.

I cannot understand why this people hide and don't tell you where they are really located at and try to work with you.
You would think they would make out better if they were more willing to set up a realistic
payment plan and even let some of the rollover fees be applied to the loan in the beginning.
I wonder how this people even sleep at night, knowing they are ripping off hard working people, I am probably pretty sure to say that the workers in these places aren't making a
fortune like the owners are.
