I am filing complaints this am, when i got on the phone with the supervisor i let her know that it's unprofessional for her to speak to me. She got rude and nasty with me, as well. I'm not sure how these people can get away with this. If i could sue I would because I'm positive from what I am reading on the BBB sight they are not allowed to get nasty and rude and call names. Thanks for the input. I don't see how people can have a job like this and sleep at night, knowing how they treat people like crap over a bill.

Was just informed by BBB it's against the law, for a debt collection company, to call people names on the telephone and be unprofessional and annoying. I'm also filing complaints with the FTc, had to do this with another paydayloan company, as well. I don't understand how bill collector's can sleep at night knowing that they are breaking the law by calling people names over the phone to collect a debt. We all owe debts, but talking to people like this makes absolutely no sense at all. Iwill aslo post updates on the progress of complaining against this company. I tried to make arrangements with this company to pay off my debt, even if i make $25 a week, they just kept saying they would call at & t and tell them i refused to pay my debt, they don't listen for squat.

You should file cases with the FTC first. But, if the company is not a legitimate CA, they are not bound to follow the Federal laws.
