I have quite a few PDL's and need help getting out of them. Just some advice...as I can do the work, of course! I'm in MO. All of my loans are internet based. Here's the list and what I owe.

Zip 19 - $582
Pay Day One - $550
CashNet USA - $550
Urgent Cash - $550
PayOneDay.com - $650

I CANNOT keep paying the min. amt. every month...I barely have any money left to pay my other bills! Any advice? Thanks so much! Karen

CashNet USA is not a payday loan and are not guided by its laws. You can ask for a payment arrangement which they give to customers. Generally, you have to pay them back within 3-4 payments.

Urgent Cash is legal in the state of MO and you have to pay them back.

Zip19, Pay Day One and PayOneDay are illegal lenders in the state of MO. I would advice you to close your bank account as it will never be safe again. Thanks for the advice! How do you know if they are legal in MO or not? Thanks again!

Yes, they seem to be the easiest to work with...always give me extensions, etc. I will call them and see what I can work out with them.
