Bank will suspend my checking

Which I can handle that. But as we know these payday loan companies,
will push it even further in the negative.
So I am thinking this " suspension" is ok....what do you think?
I have already moved all my accounts to a NEW bank. Except for my savings
at the old bank has a small amount. in it.
What does a suspension of checking Mean?The bank letter said that on OCT
5th it will be suspended " unless I bring the balance to positive...which I am
not sure if I should do that,even though I can put it to positive.
Should I be concerned or is this suspension of checking at old bank
a good thing?

On the 27th of each month, my pension is going to my new bank already. the trust fund
