everest has taking $ out of my chk for 2 months now. they were s
everest has taking $ out of my chk for 2 months now. they were supposed to take out one lump sum and i would have been paid off. they are saying i never agreed to make that payment and now im paying service fees every wk and none on my 350 dollar loan. ive allready paid them over$800. i am sure we agreed to pay it all at once on agreed date. how can they do this/

Illegal payday lenders are not required to follow any rules. They earn money by illegal ways. So, you should never expect them to follow what you have agreed with them. You should immediately close your account to save your hard-earned money.
