All PDL lending are illegal in the state of PA. Summit Group LLC
All PDL lending are illegal in the state of PA. Summit Group LLC is an illegal and unlicensed PDL lender in your state. You are only morally responsible to pay the actual amount borrowed which is, in your case, $200. Moreover, I couldn't find anything on this CA that is trying to collect the debt from you.

hello, paul
According to my old bankstatements i found yesterday i payed them 5 60.00 payments that cleared my account for rollovers of the loan. then they debited 4 more payments of 60.00 that also cleared. my account became overdrawn when they tried to debit me for 90.00. they claim i owed them 30.00 more for one of my payments being returned. by the time my account was shut down by my bank my account was overdrawn in the amount of 750.00 for them and 350.00 from the bank for over draft fees. i did mange to speak with the bank and told them the situation i told the bank i could make payment arrangements for the over draft fees. they even took off 3 for me cause i have been with them for years and never once been overdraft. so summitt did get some money from me. shouldn't i have only payed them 260.00 back total?
thank again paul
Yes, exactly so. You actually owe them only the principal amount
Yes, exactly so. You actually owe them only the principal amount i.e. $260.00. But, in your case, I see that Summit has taken $560 from your account. So, you should actually ask for refund of $200.
Do file complaints against them with your states' AG and Pennsylvania Department of Banking. They will help you in your fight against Summit. And obviously, we will be here to assist you.
