Zip 19 is illegal...they are not going to uphold a cease and desist anyways. Revocation letter? Email it. And make sure your account is closed and you have revoked any voluntary wage assignment...give a copy to your payroll department,

My email was ignored, I was sending a hard copy anyway. I already closed my account and revoked wage assignment WITH the revocation letter. Payroll already has a copy. I was just sending hard copies to be safe & as proof they received it since not ONE of the companies responded to my emails.

I worked via email with Zip19 as well. They eventually responded...when they realized they couldn't get at my money anymore. They actually mailed me a settlement offer, which I politely declined, since I'd already overpaid them by over $500.

that's really weird. Zip19 doesn't offer rollovers. did they do it in your case? i actually tried to have mine rollover once and they wouldn't let me.

No. They never called anyone. They sent me that offer letter.
